Pros (+) ALL staff warm and helpful. Great location, parking across the street convenient, guest room area generlly quiet, clean room & bath. When in Nashville again will definitely stay at this hotel.

When I asked the staff if I could have a king they said that there were none available and that they could do nothing about it because I booked my room through a third party.
