Hotel was dirty. There was a hole in the shower curtain, the bathroom wall was dirty. The handle to the blow dryer was filthy, luckily I bought my own. Comforter was stained. I will never stay at this place again. I will say when I asked for more blankets and coffee they were prompt with the delivery.

Pros (+) Breakfast was very good. 3 hot waffle makers, eggs, sausage, and little round potatoes, plus all the cold stuff. Room was good, big mini fridge. We walked to supper one night and fireworks the next. Right past Titans stadium. Some of the places we passed had razor wire, but even with our young family we never felt unsafe.
Cons (-) Every other time we wanted to get into our room we had to go to the front desk and have our key card reprogrammed. That was a bit annoying. Front desk was great and helpful.

Pros (+) Location. I loved staying here up until this visit.
Cons (-) The room was dirty and the staff was rude when asked to clean it. I have stayed there 3 times and this was the first time I have ever had a problem. Things happen with rooms, however rude staff is inexcusable.

Cons (-) No where near walking distance. Room smelled like marijuana. Loitering in the parking lot. A police officer watched the lot the entire hour we were there. Found another place an bailed! Front desk was completely disrespectful. This hotel should not even be offered through your service

Pros (+) Located close to a lot of things, so the Uber rides were cheap
Cons (-) REALLY uncomfortable bed, I ordered a Queen sized bed and received a full. I didn’t make a big deal about it, but I asked to be down charged at the full bedroom price instead of the queen price and they would not do it. Vehemently claimed they did give use the Queen, but my very tall husband fits on a queen and his feet hang off a full... so I know we had a full. Poor customer service and hospital...

Pros (+) Staff checking us in was great! Location convenient to downtown, more affordable.
Cons (-) Awakened by housekeeping pounding quite loudly and persistently from very first knock on door -- well before checkout time. They repeated this at least two more times within the hour, regardless of do not disturb sign.

Pros (+) Our room was clean and comfortable. The location is not as down town as I would like, but it is not bad. A walk of about 1.5 miles will get you to Broadway. If you are coming to see the Titans play it would be very convenient.
Cons (-) Outside noise comes right through the door, but that happens with motels.
