Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the NASA Space Center and nearby restaurants. Many also mention positive experiences with the staff and service. However, cleanliness is a recurring concern, with several guests reporting issues such as dirty rooms, musty smells, and worn-out facilities. Some reviews also mention the need for renovations and better maintenance. Overall, while the location and service are strong positives, cleanliness and upkeep need improvement.

Pros (+) I loved the location of this hotel. I felt very safe. The bed and ac were a pair for relaxation and getting some good rest.
Cons (-) I woke up at 8:27am to a hot room due to the power being off. It was thunderstorming so we were informed that's why the power was off. I end up finding some ice to quench my thirst and laid back down to trt and rest more. Before I knre it the power had come back on.
