The hotel is only 11 miles from Nassau International Airport and 48 miles from North Eleuthera International Airport. There are 107 air-conditioned, non-smoking rooms for guests to spend time in on the north shore of Paradise Island.

There is something for every guest at The Ocean Club A Four Seasons Resort Bahamas, from three pools to complimentary yoga classes and a shuttle service. There are a total of five lounges and restaurants along with eight spa villas for extra rest and relaxation. Champagne and strawberries are available every sunset for guests. Welcome amenities include a beach bag, hat, fresh fruit, and more.

Standard wireless Internet access is provided for guests along with daily sparkling wine in the lobby. Coffee, tea, and espresso are offered for no extra charge. Guests can also take part in weekly classes at the fitness center or indulge with free shoeshine service. Dining is offered on-site at Dune where guests can partake in French-Asian cuisine. Ocean is another restaurant that offers fresh grilled seafood while Versailles Terrace serves French-Mediterranean dishes. Dune Bar and the Martini Bar and Lounge offers up all the beer, wine, and cocktails guests could want. There is also private dining available, in-room, on private terraces and on the beach.
