The staff here is very helpful maybe sometimes awkwardly helpful which made things a bit frustrating for me. It seemed that so many things around the facility were broken or dysfunctional. The club lounge would have a breakfast put out, but it was so poorly arranged. In many situations, there were no utensils. My room door was jammed and had to be forced open with butt. Pros (+) The people employed by the hotel are extremely helpful. Hotel is in a great location for Boston College.

Cons (-) Although we paid for the upgrade to a club room, none of the club amenities were available. The room's carpeting had not been vacuumed in quite a while; no hospitality service was available without a specific request and getting things like additional soaps, etc. were not possible.

Pros (+) Room was comfortable and clean and what we expected. We only payed 120 which made this somewhat worth it. Had I paid the original price of 300 I would have given this hotel a 1.

Cons (-) The surrounding area outside and Libby were just dirty. The entrance hall had leaves and dirt and stuff from a party and when we left the next morning none of it had been picked up. Also the steps to the parking lot were also really dirty. It was also in the middle of nowhere and was just really loud. (Both how it was built and the guests who wee there.

Pros (+) Front staff were great. Price was ok. Room was very clean, well appointed.

Cons (-) Bed was surprisingly uncomfortable, could hear toilets in other rooms flushing (very strange. Maybe it was just our room?) way, way overpriced room service ( no lie, charging $18 for eggs and sausage, $50 for a $9 bottle of wine).
