Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, friendly and helpful staff, and overall cleanliness. Many appreciated the good breakfast options and the value for money. However, a common complaint was the very small room size, with some guests finding the rooms cramped and lacking space for luggage or movement. Despite this, the positive atmosphere, convenient amenities, and welcoming service made for a pleasant stay for most visitors.

Pros (+) Great staff, clean bathrooms
Cons (-) No AC, so bring a fan in the summer. Also, shared bathrooms, which in my opinion is no big deal, but still, something to keep in mind

Pros (+) We had a great stay at the Colonial House. Great location, the staff went above and beyond to offer amenities as a nursing mother traveling without baby. Breakfast and happy hour were great offerings. It was a great stay!
