Read what I didn't like below to find that staying at this hotel is thoroughly unacceptable until they review and change their behavior.
I had a three night prepaid non-refundable reservation. I advised the hotel that I would arrive around midnight due to a late flight from Madrid. When I got to the hotel at 1 am I was told that the hotel was overbooked and I should instead go to another hotel a mile away. How to get there? I was advised to take a taxi. I protested and they provided Uber. At the second hotel I asked if my entire reservation had been changed to there and was told "no". I asked to stay and they said they would contact Fairfield. An hour later I was advised that Fairfield had said "no". I was shuttled back to Fairfield. This is not the way to treat guests. As compensation at Fairfield l was given a $20. voucher for use at their bar. The room was about $330 a night. Apparently Fairfield is concerned only with their bottom line and guests be damned.
Location is great.
Rooms need a mini-fridge.
Our room had two beds more like king singles not double and they were short we are both tall could not fit I to one bed
Staff were nice and helpful. We had a great view and rooms close together since we went as a group.
The rooftop bar is small and needed more seating.
The view was great, the room was extra clean.
