Pros (+) The team at WestHouse went out of their way to take care of the two of us. Small requests, such as for a flat iron or extra luggage stand were met almost immediately.
Cons (-) Even with the air conditioning on, it was still a tiny bit warm in the room (we like very cool rooms). The hotel was great and provided a fan, though, which helped.

Pros (+) Location was fantastic, as it was easily accessible to Central Park and train stations. Breakfast selection was great, since it was included in part of the $40 per day per person deal.
Cons (-) I am having mixed feelings about the $40 per day per person charge, since the only benefit to someone who is on a business trip might be the breakfast (which was great). But I guess everyone might want an option to opt in or out for such fees. Housekeeping was bad - requested some extra hangers/hairdryer at night but never came.
