Pros. Nothing. I reserved 2 weeks in advance and they lost my reservation. Room was not ready, and we were given a supposedly clean, last available room that was not the correct layout (2 queens instead of 1 double king). When getting into the room, there was a foul smell and I inspected the room upon entry, at which point we found some small flying bugs and a roach. We immediately sought a refund from the facility and went somewhere else
Cons. Everything. Customer service was good though, with one of the two employees who helped us. He was apologetic about our situation and helped me find another hotel.
