Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews for this hotel are mixed. Many guests appreciated the convenient location, with easy access to stores, restaurants, and highways. Some found the rooms to be clean, spacious, and comfortable. However, cleanliness was inconsistent, with several guests reporting dirty conditions, musty odors, or pest issues, while others found their rooms spotless. Service experiences also varied, with some staff described as helpful and friendly, but others as inattentive or unavailable. Safety concerns were raised by multiple guests, citing issues like inadequate door locks and sketchy clientele. Overall, while the location and some room features were praised, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, safety, and service consistency.

Pros (+) That they refunded for the night I did not stay since by then I found a better one. Room itself (no the bathroom) is renovated. Good bed.
Cons (-) Cleanliness, carpet and seats very dirty and stain all over the hotel. Customer service I felt insecure in this hotel.

Pros (+) The room was clean and comfortable. Nice extras like toiletries safe in the room, coffee ☕ in the room, etc. Free continental breakfast was excellent. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Motel is an older one and needs some refurbishment. Very convenient to airport. Great bar/restaurant on property.
