Clean room
My first stay here about a month ago was wonderful. No complaints. This time staff wasn’t as friendly or accessible. Room service came in my room after being told “no thank you” and 10-15mins before the 11am check out another staff member entered the room without knocking as we were gathering our things to leave. She apologized and asked if we were staying over, I explained we weren’t and were about to leave as it wasn’t quite checkout time yet. I felt very rushed and as if we were being pushed out. After coming down to the lobby no one was at the front desk so I could check out..2 staff members attempted finding someone to assist me. A housekeeper was nice enough to write down my room # and note that I didn’t need a receipt after close to 10mins of waiting for a front desk receptionist. Not thrilled with this stay.
