The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast provided in the morning are also great first meal to start off a day of boarding.
the bunk bed I slept in for the first few nights were really wobbly, but I was allowed to switch to a different bed and it was really comfortable
Really cosy lodge, super clean and comfortable to live in. Hosts were excellent, very helpful and make it a great place to stay in. Different activities arranged on certain evenings. Free lift in the morning to the mountains and if not the bus is practically right outside.
Nothing really, obviously not in the centre of everything but easy access to the bus service if you need to go anywhere
i loved the vibe and the staff ! rachael, sam& brenno made us feel like staying at a friend's house =)
We loved the homey feeling the lodge had with a great main sitting room to relax and chat to other travelers. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. Great showers for after skiing. The staff (Rachel, Sam and Breno) were very welcoming with great advice about the skiing, surrounding area and sights/alternate activities. We very much would recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun and decent place to stay while skiing in Niseko!
The staff were very helpful, giving you knowledge, making breakfast, giving you lifts to the slopes. They cared and looked after the place.
Not great for couples as all single beds - It felt a bit expensive, for what it was. The underfloor heating was good but it turned out room into a sauna. I was either too hot or too cold and didn’t sleep well.
