Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many finding it convenient for downtown attractions, the airport, and cruise port. The staff was frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, with several guests highlighting positive interactions at the front desk and with valet services. However, there were recurring complaints about broken or limited elevators, bathroom cleanliness and maintenance issues, and some concerns about overall cleanliness. Despite these drawbacks, the positive service and prime location stood out for most visitors.

Showed that it had free breakfast on the Marriott app, it did not. Otherwise, good location one street back from the noise.

Pros (+) The staff was amazing, made sure we had everything we needed and since we’d just driven through the night for 13 hrs even got us into our room earlier than 3pm check- in
Cons (-) Their valet parking is not set up well and caused problems several times throughout the weekend including us being late for the wedding photos- the price of valet only parking vs the service was not equal. We also lacked in towels due to the busy weekend
