Pros (+) Clean rooms, easy/quick check in.
Cons (-) Swimming pool was not clean, Breakfast hours were over too early, perhaps it should run until 10-10:30 on weekends.

Pros (+) Location is within walking distance of historic Portsmouth district, and the ferry to downtown Norfolk. Suites have mini-kitchenettes. Roof was under repair from recent tornado, but was not noticeable...
Cons (-) The motel appears a little worn, and the parking lot is small ~ fills up quickly and may pose a problem when parking late.
