Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel staff for their friendliness and helpfulness, as well as the convenient location near attractions and restaurants. However, many reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, uncomfortable beds, and disappointing breakfast options. Some guests also noted problems with amenities such as the pool being closed and dated bathrooms. Overall, while the service and location were highlights, improvements are needed in cleanliness, breakfast quality, and room comfort.
