Pros (+) I had accidentally booked a smoking room. When I checked in I was accommodated, shown two nonsmoking rooms and given the choice of which would be best for me. Though appearing the same I chose the room with a tree outside the window. The building needs updating. I was concerned it would be noisy. There was quiet and I slept well.

Pros (+) The only thing to compliment was the friendliness of the night clerk. He kindly walked me to my room.
Cons (-) The staff had no record of my reservation. I showed them my email copy. The only food service consisted of broken vending machines. There was no maid service between nights. The "no-smoking" room stank of cigarette smoke.
