Pros (+) The hotel hosted the National Federation of the Blind of Virginia convention. The staff went above and beyond what was expected and made everyone in our group feel comfortable. This has been the best convention hotel we’ve ever had!

Pros (+) Everything! The people were nice. The venue is gorgeous. The atmosphere felt welcoming and romantic. The room was comfortable with great views. I can't wait to return.
Cons (-) The ice machine was only on the first floor. We were on the 17th floor.
