The centerpiece of the Wild Rose restaurant is the massive stone oven where the kitchen staff bakes up fresh bread and rustic pizza. There are dishes with influences from all around the world, but the seafood dishes are especially delicious because the fish, shrimp, and lobster all come from the nearby coast of Maine.
