Pros (+) The staff were all outstanding and so friendly. The room was very practical and easy to maneuver. The gym was amazing. The spa treatment (deep tissue massage) with Woody was outstanding.
Cons (-) I felt like the room was a little boring and lacking character. I don’t mind that the style is minimal. But it just felt a tad bit generic and cheap. Especially for the price. The fruit was moldy. The room smelled strongly of Lysol when we arrived, which was a bit of a turn-off. But at least we knew it had been cleaned! We had the one bedroom residence and I’d say the only thing special about it w...
