Cons (-) The woman who was at reception, no interest what so ever. Abysmal customer service! Didn’t even make me aware of what facilities were available on site, what time the restaurant close or what time check out was. Cons (-) Ordered room service and the chicken was under cooked! (Still bloody) do not expect this for a 17 pound meal.
