Our wonderful impression started with check in. As a family owned and run hotel, the extra care and attention to detail for the customer experience was awesome. We were provided a map and a concierge-like explanation of all we wanted to see in the city. Rooms were clean and the entire place was quaint and exactly how you'd hope a traditional hotel in the historic part of the city would be,
