There is no staff. This is an attempt to make money by replacing people with artifical lack of intelligence. I showed up the electonic replacement for a human could not tell me the room my reservation was for. I was told a room number for a room that was alread occupied by someone else. Pros (+) The room was very clean and spacious. Which was nice as it gave our 3 year old a little room to play before bed.
Cons (-) The heater only heated part of the room. Half the room was boiling, the other half freezing. The bed was VERY uncomfortable and hurt our backs. The shower was very small. And the shower head didn't even aim into the shower but at the wall outside of it.. This may be OK for someone who doesn't have a sensitive back. But definitely not if you do or if you have kids to try to bathe.
