Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to event venues and public transport. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness were frequently highlighted, contributing to a positive experience. Many guests enjoyed the breakfast buffet, describing it as delicious. Cleanliness and well-maintained rooms were also appreciated, as were the amenities provided. However, some reviews mentioned that the hotel facilities felt old or dated, and there were occasional issues with room comfort and air conditioning.
