Location. Easy access from the freeway.
Poop left in the toilet and urine on bathroom floor around toilet. Absolutely disgusting!!!

The room and bedding were great. Comfortable and great furniture. I even loved the color scheme and the beautiful drapes.
It was disappointing that the breakfast was not included with our rate. We didn't know ahead of check-in, but we are pleased that we stayed here

Great hotel for business travelers
Location is close to conference centers, with a plethora or dining options close by. The room was comfortable and modern, with plenty of accessible outlets and a good work space.
Location is a bit far from city center. Staff was slow to respond to the desk when I was there...not impossible to find, bit took a couple of minutes.

Service and location. Comfortable environment and beds. Room service was delicious, quick and service was very good. This is my 3rd time staying at the hotel

Nice Hotel
The beds were very comfortable,really nice staff, very clean & attractive lobby decor.
A little further from desired locations such as the Penn mall & Bricktown. About 15mins from the mall & 20 mins from Bricktown. The worst pt was our faucet was broken,we had water spraying from The side of faucet the ruined make-up & brushes.
