Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it ideal for exploring the city and accessing shops, restaurants, and attractions. The service and staff were frequently described as friendly, accommodating, and attentive, with several guests highlighting specific positive experiences at check-in and during their stay. However, noise from nearby bars, restaurants, and live music was a significant issue for many, especially in rooms facing the street, with some guests reporting difficulty sleeping. Cleanliness and comfort were generally rated positively, though a few guests mentioned small rooms or hard beds. Parking was noted as inconvenient by some, requiring a walk from the hotel. Overall, the positives of location and service stood out most strongly in guest feedback.
