Dingy, loud neighbors til 4am, mediocre breakfast.
Good location, staff was friendly. Great view.
It was dingy, we were told we’d get an “upgrade “, but the room was mediocre and dingy. Plus there were people partying next to and across from us until 4am, and they were very loud. I did call the front desk and they took care of it but it was still annoying. Breakfast was mediocre at best.
Nice hotel, centrally-located, but lacking some amenities
The room was very clean, and the underground parking facility was safe and well-lit. Getting into the lobby from the parking lot was easy. Reserving the room and checking in/out with Hotel Tonight app was the easiest process I've experienced yet. This hotel was a great value for the rate I paid.
I was disappointed that the hotel did not offer continental breakfast, even though it was attached to a restaurant, which was surprisingly closed at 9 in the morning. The hotel desk staff could also have been a bit friendlier.
Elevators were super slow and/or broken for my stay! Hiked the stairs to the 8th floor multiple times- good exercise!
Great staff. Very Clean. Good location.
Elevator was a bit sketchy. Somethings were a bit dated.
a very comfortable bed that was welcome after driving halfway across the country. at check-in, there was a mistake with my booking (on the part of the third-party website i used), but the folks at the front desk didn't blink an eye and fixed it immediately. breakfast was pretty standard. location was perfect for walking to the downtown events we were attending.
the a/c couldn't keep up with the 90-degree highs, so when the sun was on our side of the building, the curtains had to remain closed and even then it was like a greenhouse in our room. luckily we weren't there most of the daylight hours. the elevators are a bit old and slow. wish there was a pool.
It's not worth the money.
walkable to all of downtown Olympia
Rooms are showing their age. The park across the street is a homeless Mecca.
Wow. Just wow.
Desk clerk was so rude and unhelpful on the phone, we canceled our reservation.
Great value, great location and views from floor to ceiling windows
We opened the sliding door to the small balcony and realized our 1 month old son could probably easily fit through the railing. Just be careful with kids on the balcony!
The location was great, with in walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Easy access to the freeway.
The building is in need of renovations. One elevator was out of service and the other was super slow and noisy. The bathrooms were clean, but very old and yellowed counters and floors.
We liked the location. We could walk to coffee and downtown.
The pool was under construction but the staff gave us free passes to the ymca. The rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. There was a smell in the lobby that I didn't like but that smell wasn't in the room. The breakfast was decent, eggs were fair but waffle were good.
Another guest was smoking marijuana in the hotel often during my stay, both in the hallway, and in the elevator (before the elevator broke and was not repaired for the rest of my stay). It was impossible not to notice, and nothing was done about it for the duration of the weekend.
