Guests frequently praise the hotel's convenient location near the airport and transport links, making it a practical choice for travelers. However, many reviews express dissatisfaction with the service, citing issues such as unhelpful or rude staff, language barriers, and inefficient processes. Pros (+) Overall good
Cons (-) Linen and towels were overused, look old and grayish. When I wore robe, I found trash in the pocket, so I doubt it was washed, and that was very unpleasant. They changed it quickly upon request
