Pros (+) Check in people were nice.
Cons (-) Dirty place. Broken bed. Dirty sheets first night. Left a note and $5 asking for clean sheets. A/C leaking entire time in lobby. Had garbage cans collecting the water. Toilet ran entire time. Grease came out of the shower. I went to Walmart and bought Lysol and bathroom cleaner for shower head and all surfaces. Never, never will go to a Baymont hotel. I seriously question whether or not I'll stay ...

Pros (+) Staff was friendly.
Cons (-) Multiple room keys did not work (others had similar problems). Leak in lobby. Breakfast was not very good - crock-pot of sausage and gravy for dry biscuits.

Pros (+) Convenient location to Daytona Beach with lots of restaurants nearby on SR-40. Very good water pressure (for shower). Staff was nice, and very friendly.
Cons (-) Breakfast offered poor choices compared to similar hotels. Bathroom (tub area) could have been cleaner.
