Cons (-) Stained linen. Limited parking, had to cross a busy street to park.

Cons (-) Only one sink for bathroom/ kitchen. A/C unit serviced only bed next to it and not bed the other side of wall separating the two beds.. No elevator to third floor. International receptionist caused language barriers to understanding concerns and wishes. Phone in room out of order. Shower did not drain properly.
Pros (+) Nice beachfront locatiin, but not the newest hotel in ormond beach.
Cons (-) Don't fall for the "breakfast included" line, this hotel serves the bare minimum of what you can call breakfast. Store muffins, yogurt, apples and orange juice/coffee. Most likely you will end up buying breakfast elaewhere.
Pros (+) Location on the beach was excellent. The fire pit was a nice feature.
Cons (-) Staff consistently appeared distressed to have to be of assistance when asked for simple requests e.g. the room key stopped working. The room was small & the mattress was uncomfortable with no box spring.
Pros (+) Nick at the front desk was wonderful. He was very professional, friendly, informative and helpful. The Lotus is very lucky to have such a nice young man working for them.
Pros (+) This was our first time staying here and we were impressed. Super clean and very updated. It was a lot more than we were expecting.
Pros (+) I liked the cleanliness of the place, the ease of walking to the beach, and I liked the modernization of the rooms.
Cons (-) They didn't leave towels, the wifi didn't work half of the time, and they claim to have breakfast. What breakfast?
