This hotel had a great location. There’s the train station right across the street, and you can get there from the second level without having to deal with cars from the streets below. There are 3-4 shopping centers all right there, so if you wanted to shop, you can be there a few days and not get to everything. Rooms are a little smaller, granted that we reserved the minimum and didn’t upgrade to more fancy or deluxe accommodations. But, it was manageable. The check in process is “self-check in “ but there is an employee right there making sure you are able to do it every step of the way. The moment you hesitate, they are right there asking if you are okay. Amenities are right behind you after you check in. They have toothbrushes, hair brushes, razors, teas, coffee, etc. Take as needed. Once I got used to the process of how the hotel works, it was nice. There really isn’t anything that could be better because I got what I paid for. Oh, and check out in via machines also, but again, some one is right there to help you if you need it. But, you really don’t need it: press check out, insert card 1, press to confirm check out, press to insert card 2 and 3 if you have them, all done.
The location is excellent! Located in the building with Yodobashi Camera (a big superstore), it is very convenient. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the building. Very short walk also from the train station. Check-in was done through a machine, and it was quick and efficient. The room was exceptionally clean. A bit small, but enough space for 3 single beds. It would have been better if they had more coin laundry machines. There were only 7 or 8 machines for the entire hotel. Waiting time in the morning and evening were very long. I would definitely stay here again for the location,
