The location of the hotel was perfect for visiting the town of Osuna - it was a lovely old building that had been well restored. There was plenty of parking available outside the hotel and the staff were very pleasant and helpful during our stay.
There was a bit of a mix up over our booking but we were given an up grade to a suite - it was a good room but didn't have any windows (it was double height and the window was at roof level) from choice I didn't really like staying 3 nights in a room with no outside view when on holiday - on a business trip it would not have mattered so much. Breakfast was included but this was tea or coffee with one toasted roll each and packet butter and jam - I think that the breakfast was poor for this type of boutique style hotel however it would not prevent us from staying here again in the future but is an improvement that the hotel could make. During this trip we stayed at 3 different hotels in this part of Spain so had direct comparisons.

The hotel was nice but the bedroopm was very dark and lacked basics like mirrors, bedside and desk lights. The bathroom had everything but you waited ages for hot water to arrive and silly things were annoying like the hose on the shower kinked in use and stopped the flow of water. Otherwise it was good, not great.
