Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access city attractions and public transport. The staff received high marks for their friendliness and helpfulness, with several guests noting exceptional service. Cleanliness was consistently highlighted, with rooms and common areas described as spotless. The breakfast buffet was a standout feature, offering a wide variety and high quality. However, some guests found the room sizes to be small or cramped, and a few mentioned issues with bed comfort or amenities, but these did not overshadow the overall positive experience.
