Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, often highlighting its proximity to the beach and beautiful views. The rooftop pool and amenities like the bar were popular features, and several guests noted the stylish lobby and clean rooms. However, there were repeated complaints about slow or malfunctioning elevators, inconsistent service at reception and during breakfast, and some issues with cleanliness and room size. While some staff members were described as friendly and attentive, others were seen as inattentive or overwhelmed. Overall, the positives centered on location, pool, and some aspects of service, but improvements are needed in elevator function, room comfort, and consistency of service.
