Cons: 45mn late
Cons: Swiss precision

Cons: Cabin was cold Seat not as comfortable as other business classes
Pros: The movie
Cons: More space! The crew could have been nicer
Pros: most of the flight attendants were excellent except one particular one who was basically yelling at passengers. she had a a logo or a badage on her that identifies her as a manager or a crew lead. she had poor manners and need major improvement
Cons: the seats are small and very small space in comparison to Lufthansa
Pros: From check in to security to boarding everything was smooth with no waiting. Thanks for a great flight.
Cons: Lost my luggage
Pros: No food no entertainment
Pros: Flight attendants were great!
Cons: Roomier seats, include a beverage (soda, juice, and at least water), child free section
Pros: Comfort of the plane, service
Cons: No business lounge in CDG before 9am
Pros: 3-3-3 layout in economy on the United 777 I was on meant I wasn't cramped for space. WiFi worked well for a significant amount of the time I used it.
Cons: Food was typical economy class fare.
Pros: Good priority boarding
Cons: It was very cold they need to lower the temperature.
Pros: Seats were fairly comfortable with decent leg room.
Cons: My biggest complaint is for the exhorbitant baggage fees—€100 for two bags is ridiculous. Also, one of the crew was rather testy with us when we first boarded (unprovoked), then came to us a few minutes later to say something nice to sort of make up for it.
Cons: 45mn late
Cons: It would have been better if I had made the flight, but the first leg was canceled. We were tortured for 6 hours before it was canceled.
Pros: Awesome business class seat, or rather throne
Cons: Limited selection of movies
Pros: A nice crew n my seat next to me was empty so I can sleep well...
Cons: Maybe give every passenger a bottle of water...
Pros: Fast boarding
Cons: The food is the worst there is
Pros: Food and a good cabin crew on Brussels Air.
Cons: No complaints
Cons: poor customer service.
Pros: Attentive helpful and cheerful staff: on time
Pros: All was planned, no surprises, on time and no hassles
Cons: Keep it as it is. No need to fix what is not broken. Just reduce the very expensive prices that Brussels Airlines charge for its economy class tickets
We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.
We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.
Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.
If you have more questions or if you have a bad price to report to us,
please send us an email and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.
