Very bad experience with them and they canceled my flight three hours ahead and they just don’t care

Pros: "I liked almost everything. And according to me, it does not make a difference if we rate things good or excellent at a certain point in time. As long as it is good, it can be excellent. I mean including crew. People have good days and bad days. I am sure the crew can say the same about passengers."
Cons: "What could have been better is: - the email that the airline generates and senda to people a couple of days prior to flight directs you to a site where you are supposed to fill in the blanks. About Covid. The thing is that you cannot submit it unless you as a passenger fill out an Austrian address. The electronic form does not have the option to rule out staying in Austria and indicating that you are transiting in Vienna. I had to fill that form out (at the Address in Austria section) with sentences like “not applicable” “transitting” and also had to google the Vienna Airport address for the zip code so it could be submitted. The form forced me to fool the it. Not cool. Frustrating."

They served delicious meals, snacks, and water. They provided headphones, blankets and pillows. They took very good care of us."

Avoid Frankfurt airport; sat on the tarmac for 5 hours waiting for luggage to be loaded on to the flight. On arrival at Mumbai found our luggage did not arrive with us and was delivered 2 days later

It never happened. How could you ask me to write a review of something you are not aware of never happened????

Waited 7 hours at the airport and now I have no way to locate my luggages because they were checked with tags to a flight that was delayed twice and then canceled last minute. I was told my luggages would be routed to my final destination but they’re not here .

Bread stale. Croissant stale. Person behind me was kicking me throughout flight. Boarding slow.

Didn't have my boarding pass until Montreal, really stressful and neither Luftansa or Air Canada were rlly helpful.

Please see other message. One flight was cancelled and neither Lufthansa or Air cañada would book me on another flight as they did not have me in their computer(with the numbers you assisted me with) HELP

So many minor delays, very little communication, and what there was, we couldn't even hear in the first place.

Cons: "Parents called as soon as the delayed flight caused the young teen to miss her flight, Lufthansa operator verifies only by phone that young teen had a seat in the next flight, UNTRUE! She was ignored at counter, mr. M. Meindle told her to step aside and it was not “worth arguing”! The people she sought direction from, are the ones that left her confused and ignored. Shame on them"

Cons: "Gluten free meal was selected and paid for before the flight, but for some reason the crew didn't have the option available for me once on board. Nevertheless, they tried to be their best. More drink's without extra charge. Follow Lufthansa service and all will be grand."
Pros: "I have used Kayak for years without issue. This time I was flying SAS for the first time. The plane broke and so that was the first huge delay SAS had terrible customer service. They reminded me several times that I was not a preferred customer and that I had bought my ticket through kayak. This is the reason they gave for lack of help. It was frustrating to say the least. I’m not sure how they expect to gain repeat customers if they treat first time customers like that."
Pros: "SAS generally has better planes and more space than most airlines especially in economy class. Seats were comfortable, not too tight. Food was good. Most SAS planes are really nice and new. On this flight they had a problem and had to use one of their older planes. It was still pretty nice, but the entertainment system on the older plane was a little dated."
Cons: "Used backup plane. It had an older entertainment system."
Cons: "Got asked to leave my seat in row 3 for one further back because I couldnt pull up my ticket mid flight to show it was my seat. Their system had me in another row so I missed out on the extra service offered to that row."
