Have now been waiting for over an hour at JFK waiting for my bag when it was small enough to keep in the overhead bin. I fly internationally once a month and never have to do this. A complete waste of my time."

We requested special assistance and Cathay Pacific provided it in Sydney, but we were completely forgotten about in Hong Kong - when we really needed the help to catch our connecting flight. Really disappointing service.
Cons: "We requested wheelchair assistance for my grandmother (3 days before the flight), but at the departing airport, the person with the wheelchair left early and we had to walk her on to the plane. When we arrived at Hong Kong, there was no wheelchair on the bridge, and after disembarking and being told to wait, it took 30 minutes for them to bring one. The ground staff kept trying to convince us to just walk which seemed very unprofessional."

Cons: "I am 6-4, so I always struggle with comfort. My legs cramp and my back aches. The meals look good and I even try them sometimes, but me and airline food seldom work out."
I found the seating much more comfortable than in the larger plane.
Understood that Premium domestic passengers had access to the Plaza Lounge at Winnipeg, James Richardson Airport. Not the case. Not a good start to the trip. Generally fly Business Class on Air Canada which includes access to the Maple Leaf Lounge. All future flights will be with Air Canada.

It said I was traveling with Air Canada but it was really United Airlines. No checking the day before.
There were no complimentary snacks offered on our 2.5hr flight, but sandwiches and pizza were rolled up and down the aisle for purchase. We found the fact that all the smells of food were in our faces, but only for purchase. I asked for water and the water I received had an awful taste. I couldn't drink it.
I had 3h 30delay. I was supposed to board at 8 we left after 11:30
Left 2 hours late due to staff shortage. Did not arrive at my destinations until 1 AM and my wife was stuck waiiitng all that time and my pet in cargo was also cooped up for 2 hours longer than necessary. Sorry but this was not,good.
For Business Class, I prefer many other airlines. I will avoid Air Canada i the future - for the money, they are just not offering the aircraft design and amenities that other airlines offer for long-haul flights. For one thing, if you are traveling with a companion, the split design prevents you from seeing them or speaking with them. The food was very average, as was the service. For what I paid, I expected lot more.

I can’t believe that I bought a ticket, then I checked in I had my seat, I came to airport way ahead, 20min prior my arrival my seat was taken and I was on the stand by, the explanation was that I am not a premium customer?!!!!?? When I ask what this means, emotionless customer service agent told me that maybe I will be on the another flight. I will never use kayak again They took me last to the plain, to a shifty seat and I had no room for my bag! Awful experience
very smooth and easy check in very helpful staff only issue was my entertainment stopped working half way thru the flight
Make up your mind on how long the delay is going to be instead of email me every half an hour for 11 times to post bond the previous delay time.
The crew were terribly disorganized. Constantly pushing carts back and forth like a bulldozer. Except this bulldozer was run by a 15 year old.

When announcements were made the person's language skills were greatly lacking - we could not understand anything that was said. there is no food, drink, or entertainment... unless you consider the man behind me playing with is cat .... and yes I'm very allergic :( landing crew didn't know where our luggage was to be returned (bottom of the gate or top of the gate). After a considerable time, we were told all luggage was delivered to the baggage concourse."

It doesn't make sense that the airline just found out one hour before takeoff that the flight was two hours behind. We should have been told sooner about the delay, while we had other choices of alternate flights."

Cons: "Plane arrived late to gate making my flight arrive in Austin an hour later. I have an ride home, too."
