It was fine
The flight was fine. We were served a meal and a snack. Boarding was fine.
Everything
The flight from Frankfurt to Prague was canceled! Horrible!
I don't believe we were given any food... but for the size of the plane, it was pretty comfortable and a nice flight. I dont believe there was any individual onboard entertainment, and the headphone jack was the one with 2 holes, so I couldnt use my headphones... the boarding times were all over the place, and we never really flew on time.
the new plane was great, up to date and very spacious (premium economy). the seats could have used a bit more cushioning, but overall very nice. the food was amazing and the options were quite nice. onboard entertainment was sufficient for the entire flight. The boarding times changed frequently, and didn't really ever fly on time... kind of always late...
More space on seat and free wifi.
It was not the best flight I have had. The flight attendants were rude and the entertainment media did not work well. We had to pay for cheap headphones that did not work well. We will definitely not be flying over seas with condor again.
I was disappointed by the crew - poor communication. The food was terrible. We payed for the headphones. What could have been better? EVERYTHING! And my luggage was lost for many, many days!!!
There was no flight to Nbg. Airline left 1.5 hours late from JFK and did not attempt to make up time in-flight. So we missed our connecting flight. I get that this can happen but it was complicated to figure out what to do in FRA. It would have been really helpful if a Condor attendant had offered help at the time we came off the transatlantic flight to provide guidance. Eventually we figured it out and ended up on a 2.5 hr train ride to Nbg.
The food was excellent. I had a gluten-free special meal. The salmon was restaurant quality. However, the drink offering was meager. Sparse service, glasses filled half way and when asked for a refill on white wine was told by one crew member that it would cost me extra. But then an hour later another crew member brought it to me finally. — The big problem was that it wasn’t a Condor crew but Condor swapped out its cabin crew w Wamos Airlines Crew last second, because the aircraft needed to be swapped out. The machine used was very old. In-flight amenities of pre-century levels. We paid extra for more legroom but my son’s video monitor (at pre-2000 Niveau) didn’t work at all. Felt like a 3rd class flight. In the end due to air craft change we left 1.5 hours late and the airline did not attempt to make up the time in-flight. So we missed our connecting flight to Nuremberg. There was no attendant to help us with what to do and how to retrieve our luggage. It was quite complicated navigating our way through FRA airport and eventually they put us on a train, and we spent 2.5 hours traveling to Nbg.
The crew was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately there was one child literally climbing over several seats during the flight. I love kids, but there was zero parenting happening. But please let me emphasize, one of the best crews I’ve ever flown with! Thank you!
No blankets were provided for my flight from NY to Frankfurt. Meals were were cold and tasteless. The flight was delayed almost 2 hours which caused me to miss my connecting flight. The pilot said ground crew would provide accommodation for connecting passengers but none were there to provide any assistance.
Seats are small and too close together. Outdated, inoperative entertainment system. Tray table not functional. Hidden recline controls. But 3 hour flight was on time and luggage arrived promptly.
Check in counters at Frankfurt was a disaster. Took over an hour in line even with business class counter. Poor signage.
Sitting in business class and the seats don't recline. No entertainment at all. Food was ok. It was an old Airbus.
Boarding was a mess and started much later than stated.
Not a valued customer..just a herd of cattles that is being shuffled around. Employees just lie into your face. Last time I flew with LH companies. No customer service at all. The customer is their enemy.
No clear baggage rules. Had to pay at gate for my carry on luggage.
No water provided the entire 3hr flight.
Pros: The crew was great!!
Pros: Nothing, very poor seating, to me it felt like that Condor think we are small in Europe. I’m 1,85 and my knees are pressing against the seat in front the entire flight. Nothing from Condor is for free, not even a glass water. On my 20 min flight from Tenerife to Las Palmas Canary Air serves a complimentary glass water.....
Cons: Everything, no more Condor for me, I rather pay extra to fly with an decent airline with good seats and pitch wide and were they serve a glass of water for free
Pros: Nothing, it’s 4 hours in cramped seats it’s a bus hopper and nothing more if you are not willing to pay much more
Cons: Everything
Cons: They moved the flight forward 30 mins so that I only had 30 mins to switch planes at one of the biggest airports in Europe.
Pros: Boarded fast and early. Crew efficient and cordial. Plane clean.
Cons: Bring your own entertainment and snacks.
Pros: Personal muy amable y dispuesto ayudar, igualmente en el avion como en la tierra.
Pros: Nice Crew
Cons: More space between seats, better air conditioning.
Cons: After six hours of lay over in Frankfurt Lufthansa still managed to lose my luggage. Spending three hours at the Lost and Found office wasn't my idea of relaxing after thirty hours of traveling
On board Condor flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 55x40x20cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Condor assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
