Honesty and kindness are the main things you will find here! There's no money that can pay for that. It's a familiar business and all the members are kind and good people. Hadim speaks good English and is really helpful with everything! All his tips are useful, you should ask him about everything (hot air balloons, Hierápolis, Laodikeia, restaurants, transportation...). Breakfast is great too and the bed was comfortable. Hot water came out quickly.
It's not a luxurious hotel but I recommend this place for sure!

Our room was on the top floor with no elevator. Consumables like water or toiletries like body and shampoo weren’t there though we didn’t ask for them (used our own).
