Pros:The room and place had a clean and modern feel to it.
Cons:It was hard to sleep with the doors slamming from neighbors leaving their rooms throughout the night. The slamming sound was loud enough to permeate the room and wake everyone multiple times.

Pros:The appearance of the hotel is beautiful the rooms were nice & so was the pool.
Cons:The room & the bathroom could’ve been bigger. The staff could’ve been more polite and the rule about the bath towels is ridiculous!

Cons:The air conditioning was weird and so was the shower head but other than that, I can't complain. Weird : strange design

Cons:The condition of the room was very poor. Trains ran on a track less than 100 feet from the room. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Pros:The room was clean and the facility was clean. The staff was helpful and friendly
Cons:The air unit was extremely loud and turned on and off about every 5 minutes which made sleeping difficult. The breakfast needs work. It was limited to waffles, breads and pastry, cold cereal, juice, and coffee.

Cons:When we first got there one of the rooms had no a/c so we had to be moved to another room. Then when we moved to another room the door didn't lock to that one so anyone could just walk into our room. The employees aren't trained very well as what to do in these cases. So our room was unattended for an hour because the maintenance man wasn't on the site. We had to pay extra for a friend and didn't receive a cot for the girl. We asked for the manger several times and known of the employees knew where he/ she was and didn't know when he/ she was coming. So we left a message for the manger and he never called back but i went to the front desk and he was there. How unprofessional. Then the room with the door that didn't lock the heater stopped working. I told an associate about it and he stated "it was cold last night, well a cold front must of came through" what a smart remark. Just because you aren't cold doesn't mean your guest aren't. We were in PCB for spring break so we used as for somewhere to get dressed and to sleep. If you arent using it for that i wouldnt go. The breakfast is gross. Even the waffles you make yourself.

Cons:Staff was horrible and beyond rude. They didn't clean our room or take out trash. Box spring was filthy. i would never stay here again in life. They also charged us extra for additional guest and they did not inform us prior to checking in about this fee. Horrible hotel.
