Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially for visiting Bryce Canyon, and noted that rooms were generally clean and sometimes spacious. Many appreciated easy check-in and the remodeled, cozy atmosphere. However, several reviews highlighted issues with service, such as the lack of on-site staff, difficulty obtaining assistance, and problems with amenities like hot water, WiFi, and TV. Some guests also mentioned uncomfortable beds and noise issues. Overall, while the location and cleanliness stood out positively, service and comfort could be improved.

Very good
Kaitlyn, Jun 2021
Pros (+) The location was convenient to Bryce Canyon National Park, the staff was very friendly and we got a good rate!
Cons (-) Definitely needs updating and more amenities available such as grab-go breakfast or even a vending machine. We had trouble with the shower’s water temperature going from one extreme to another.

Pros (+) Very pleasant staff. Very clean room.
Cons (-) Motel style layout with small toilet/shower room and sink area not enclosed from main room. For cost, expected more updated furnishings, bathroom plumbing fixtures.
