Pros (+) The location was convenient to Bryce Canyon National Park, the staff was very friendly and we got a good rate!
Cons (-) Definitely needs updating and more amenities available such as grab-go breakfast or even a vending machine. We had trouble with the shower’s water temperature going from one extreme to another.

Cons (-) Motel style layout with small toilet/shower room and sink area not enclosed from main room. For cost, expected more updated furnishings, bathroom plumbing fixtures.
