Small, simple room looking on to a quiet courtyard. Excellent location. Friendly and helpful manager.
The placement is optimal for those who are travelling for work visit to Paris.

Simple but nice hotel in lovely area, quiet and convenient. It is simple but very clean and well kept. Great value for money
Nothing - it is a simple but lovely place
It was exactly who it was described by its profile. The hotel has two buildings, one facing the street, the other the courtyard. Our room was situated in the second building with the window towards the courtyard. The room was not as cramped as the bathroom or the hallway, but it covered our needs. I must say that the DAILY change of towels, or the bed tidying with a counterpane over the linen (which in the evenings, when returning after a tiring day, can become frustrating) exceeded our expectations. In addition to the electric kettle and the hairdryer, we had a very useful minifridge, while sometimes I missed the presence of a TV, as I understood that there are rooms with and without one. Very close to the metro (a station covering 3 lines), a mall and a big Carrefour Express (grocery supermarket). Very helpful staff which speaks English. Reasonable Wi-Fi.
There are not that many negative aspects. Among these are the outdated furniture and light fixtures, but they were functioning just fine. Maybe the most unpleasant fact was the dust in the wardrobe, which we wanted to use since we stayed there for 4 nights, but nothing which could not be cleaned with a wet towelette.
The hotel is literally 2 minutes away from a shopping center and 5 minutes away from the Metro station. In the area we also had many nice restaurants, so the location was great. The people at the reception area were very nice, and the check out process was very easy.
The room was small and it looks and feels old and not very clean (hair in the bathroom when we arrived in the first day, blanket had no cover, etc.). Would be nice to have a microwave for example, and a TV in the room.
With a stay at Hôtel du Roussillon in Paris (13th Arrondissement), you'll be a 3-minute walk from Place d'Italie and within a 5-minute drive of Grande Galerie de l'Evolution.
