It was my husband’s first time in Paris and this is the best place to stay. So near the Eiffel Tower and near subway station :) The staff was so nice and we didn’t have a hard time at all. Food was ok. It was the same thing everyday. But it was still good :)

Pullman needs no descriptions any more, great hotel, great service. You should book room with Trocadero View and Eiffel Tower View from Balcony, this will give you fabulous view of the tower. If you want ins-style pic, order a room service, from 20 to 40EUR, you get whatever you want in the pic.

The view.
They were so unprofessional with us. Flight delayed, the taxi picking us up made us look for him instead, we’ve a baby and we were already exhausted. Hotel made us wait for like 2 hours before letting us in . When we arrived, they told us to wait because they are going to clean our room, what? As everyone else went to their rooms straight, we sat there with our baby waiting, I’ve never been that angry and tired. I realized we paid for location, we’ve been to better places and next time, it definitely won’t be Pullman hotel anymore. Our two days plans in Paris were ruined. And the Services are Zero.....such a bad experience for my family so far.
