Cons (-) Hair dryer did not work AC did not blow cold in spite of thermostat being set to 65. Room stayed at 76 Electrical outlets did not work and it took a while to find one to plug in the cable box which was unplugged. This was after trying to figure out why the TV wasn’t working.

Pros (+) Such great service!!! Also, the whole hotel felt clean and well maintained. It felt like our comfort and needs came first from the staff. The restaurant has great food too!
Cons (-) Only con is the proximity to the 101 freeway so there's a little noise when you're outside but I chose the hotel because it's so conveniently located.

We checked out the next day only to find that an item was missing. Although this was concerning, the staff handled this with class and replaced the item immediately, which was an 80 dollar expense.
