Basic breakfast with limited choice, but adequate for people with a small appetite.
Original assigned room had no outside windows - after complaining moved to a much better room with outside windows and a balcony.

Incredible, in the evening they bring a hot water bottle to tuck into the bed to keep your feet warm and bring a hot beverage, too ! It is a great place.

The little touches. Free snacks in the room. Turndown service and a thermos flask of a warming drink greeted us when we came back to the room after dinner. Later we found hot water bottles under the covers to keep our feet warm - a nice touch. Very comfortable bed and good linens.
The smell of exhaust fumes coming into the hotel from the traffic below wasn't very nice.

Very clean and well presented modern hotel in the centre of Pasto. The room was of a good size with a separate lounge area.

Nice room, great shower, wonderful location in the city, nice breakfast, and good room service for dinner!
No windows in room (better for noise though), wifi did not work in room, some staff members were not very friendly or helpful, no change at front desk when we paid.
