The location is perfect! The area is peaceful and away from the road but near the restaurants and the Patong beach. It’s also nice that the resort has its own ATM and spa inside. Add to that, all the staff are friendly and have smile in their faces whenever we have questions.
When we arrived, we noticed that the bed sheets and pillow cases are sticky and smelled as if it has been used by someone who stayed there. I guess it was only changed on the 3rd day. I would highly recommend the resort to use som some air freshener to make the room smell good.

Staff friendly and helpful, gym was good, two pools so depending on sun / construction going on you can pick and choose, rooms clean, nice to see they’re trying to help environment by not always changing sheets every day, really quick to do house keeping as soon as you go out, little gifts each day - moon cakes, fruit etc
Could hear everything going on in surrounding rooms - people having sex, tv, talking til around 1-2am each night. not a very peaceful sleep. location was OK, still a bit of a walk to the shops.
