Can’t recommend enough. From our first point of arrival the lady on the front desk came out to the car park to welcome us and then showed us to the cottage which just exceeded our expectations. The hot tub with the views was an added bonus and the cost bathrobes and slippers were dreamy! The gardens are stunning too. The staff couldn’t do enough for us the whole time and we felt like we were the only guests by how personal they made the experience even though their hotel was really full. Best breakfast I have had and my friend with very specific dietaries was more than happy, they even had vegan butter for her!! Superb. Can’t wait to go back. They even organised an alpaca walk for us on the day of departure. Thanks to all at Cringletie for making our stay so special.
Nothing. Loved it all from start to finish.
The food is incredible, and the menu full of local produce. The staff also definitely deserve special mention as they went above and beyond the call of duty at every opportunity. Despite the 'high end' feel of a luxury hotel, the staff managed to be formal and somehow informal and friendly at the same time.
The property was perfect for a romantic getaway - no negatives at all!
Without even asking, breakfast provided early (5.30am) on tray to room before cycling event.
Staff was excellent. Room was quite. House was beautiful.
