Pros (+) great facilities, very modern compared to other budget hotels in its price range. big food bazaar across the street but it's not open very late as it caters to the professionals in the surrounding business parks. Comfy bed, good AC and the bathroom facilities are fantastic.
Cons (-) not much to do in Bayern baru as a tourist but we were just spending one night between flights. sheets should be replaced; had some stains but not a deal breaker
