Pros (+) Great location with nice views of the river; they upgraded us from club room to very spacious club suite; nice club amenities.
Cons (-) Concierges were completely incompetent--gave wrong info re: directions and travel times multiple time making my husband arrive too early/too late for several meetings. Bad smell of moldy carpet on the club floor; furniture uncomfortable and worn--looks like it hasn't been updated since the 1970's. Not what I would expect from a Pan Pacific Hotel
