Tribe Perth

1. New and mostly clean. 2. Bed is very comfy. And you will sleep well. 3. Free coffee capsules. 4. Right in the centre of Perth. Everything is kind of close. 5. At the ground floor lobby, there is a 24/7 cafe bar. At least you don't need to go too far to quench your thirst. Beers or coffee your pick. 6. Staff were absolutely friendly and helpful. Very smiley too. 7. The curtains were good. Could actually block out sun light pretty effectively.

Ok here it comes. Ready? I will just be blunt, and give constrictive criticism only. My goal is to help others to find the perfect place to stay. 1. They only have 7 parking spots available for travelers in hotel and it's $25 bucks a night. Street parking cost $8 AUD an hour. Well at night is free. But fees apply from 8 am in the morning. Go and set your alarm clock and make sure you crawl out of bed and feed the meters on the street in the morning. If not you might get bitten by a $65 illegal parking fine. 2. The room I got was pretty small for couples. But it was advertised for couples. Seriously, there wasn't enough room at all. The sink in the bathroom can be covered by my 2 hands putting side by side together. And there is no luggage space in the room. 3. There is only one rubbish bin in the room, located in bathroom. Can be annoying. 4. Whole place has thick carpet. It does look nice, but it isn't practical. Well it's a good work out when you are wheeling your luggage over. I got tripped over once cos luggage has tendency to tip over. 5. Glass windows. You cant open. So no fresh air. 6. There is only glass door for bathroom with a huge gap and no lock. So people from outside can actually see what you are doing in the toilet/bathroom. 7. You can hear what your neighbours are doing. And there is this staff and communication room at the lobby on each floor. And my room was pretty near to this staff room, I could hear what the staff was talking on the phone with that staff room door closed. 8. During shower, the water can easily got into the toilet area. Pretty annoying cos you will get your feet wet for sure. 9. Although you are right in the centre of Perth. There isn't much around within walking distance.
