Pros (+) Location to beach, boardwalk, restaurants and stores. The front desk staff were super helpful and friendly. Rooms were nicely laid out. Bathroom was lovely.

Pros (+) I loved that the beach was just steps away from the hotel. I decided to splurge and not go the AirBnB route and boy was it worth it, especially with the breakfast buffet included. Loved the staff at the restaurant and the bars, it feels safe and friendly, the spaces are pretty in general, felt luxurious without feeling "extra." Great vibe overall, I would stay there again tomorrow! Thank you, Holl...
Cons (-) The hair dryer turned off after 2 minutes from overheating, so that wasn't ideal, but in St Maarten do you really need a hair dryer anyway?

Pros (+) Lovely bar and restaurant space on the beachside of the hotel. Great breakfast, cocktails and bar food - the best we ate and drank in Philipsburg. Sea view rooms are a good size, modern, clean, great bathroom, small fridge, wooden floors. All staff very friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) At breakfast you can order fresh eggs etc from a menu on the table but no one told us or offered it so we missed out for the first 3 days. Location is great for a couple of days but not the best holiday location on the island. Once cruise ships leave around 6 pm the area closes down. The city view room on 3rd floor that we stayed in on our last night before flying out was cheaper but not as nice a...
