The room was full of bugs. The receptionist tried to make me pay for another night claiming that I had checked in on the 6th. When she finally admitted after 10 minutes that I had in fact checked in on the 7th there was no apology.
The room is big, comfortable & value for money. Good wifi & location.
They dont have electric kettle.
Before we booked this hotel, we made a phonecall to make sure the internet is good, since we needed it for work. They said it's great. Upon arrival we asked again if the internet was working, and if it was strong enough. Again they said yes, it's working just fine. They did not have change for a hundred so they kept our passports until we paid. Finally arrived in the room, and the internet was NOT working at all. Not even good enough to load google. I went down to complain, around noon, and they said they just started working on the internet in the hotel, and it would be over in half an hour. By 8pm the internet was still not working, and we were losing money, so we had to go to another hotel. They refused to give us the money back, they just lie to customers in their face and can't even apologize. COCKROACHES! As soon as we turned off the light, we heard all kind of noises, so we turned the light back on, and saw at least 3 cockroaches shoot under the bed/closet. When we checked out of the hotel they tried to charge me $80 because allegedly I smoked in the room, impossible, because I don't smoke. There are no blankets on the bed, they are just huge towels and not comfortable to sleep under. When we were in the room for a few hours, someone knocked on the door, probably the manager or someone who could speak English, to inform me prostitutes are not allowed in the hotel, and the little Asian girl with me has to leave immediately. This little Asian girl is my wife, and has 2 passports, both better than a Cambodian passport, but still, our entire stay, of 1 night, they treated her very badly, like a second class citizen.
There was also no hot water, so when I went down to complain about that, they told us they would send someone up to fix it. 5 minutes later someone walked in our room, we left the door open. This person turned out to be a police officer who was also working as a ''parking-guy'' for the hotel, he checked the bathroom with my wife, while I was laying on the bed, and I could hear from the noises and talking in the bathroom he could not fix the hot water unless we paid a few more days in advance, hot water is not for 1 day customers. Instead of leaving the room, he walked out of the bathroom and just walked all the way in our room, grabbed the in-room phone, and made a 2-3 minute phonecall to the reception, then he handed the phone to my wife, and in meanwhile he came standing right next to me, checking what I had in my garbage bin. The bathroom is 15 steps away from where he was standing, invading all my privacy. The bathroom is at the entrance of the hotelroom, and the bed at the far side near the window, the very other side of the room. Before he left the room he asked me if I could give him a cigarette, which I couldn't, and also wouldn't if I would smoke.
The room not clean .
dirty bed with great smell, the remote control of AC doesn't work. AC is very very noisy. I had to quite in the early morning like 3'o clock because I could not fall asleep.
nothing, but I will never live there anymore.
